The Valencia Boat Show will be held from 1-5 November in the Marina of Valencia showcasing water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surf, kayaking an diving. The show also has a new image for 2017, inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and the thriving field of water sports with the slogan 'Valencia is Sailing'.

All water activities will be located in the covered exhibition area of the recently refurbished Tinglado Nº2, with 5000 m2 more exhibitor space than last year's edition.

“The addition of other more affordable water sports are a way into sailing and motor yachting. We want to open up to a wider public and to more generations and we want to disseminate the nautical sector.”,said Show director Fernando Jiménez, “We have very good conditions for nautical sports, and we are positioning ourselves as a nautical destination in Europe”.

The image of the Valencia Boat Show 2017 represents a sail divided into five parts, on a textured blue or white background. Japanese designer Yukari Taki, based in Valencia since 1998, said, “I wanted to reflect the luminosity of the light and water of the Mediterranean Sea. The five parts of the sail represent the five continents and the slogan “Valencia is Sailing” is in tiny handwritten letters, conveying the thriving activity of water sports.”
