Peninsula Villas weeks away from completion

Just months after opening its gates to the public, Limassol Marina is now preparing to welcome the first residents in its luxury waterfront villas with private berths attached to their garden or direct access to the beach.

To date, 40% of the first phase of Limassol Marina’s Peninsula Villas has been sold. In 2015, Limassol Marina will become the only new luxury masterplan development in the Med where you can drive up to one door and sail away from another. Starting from €1,7 million, prices for the villas include the berth(s) attached to the property.

The beach on the west side of the Peninsula has already begun to form, cradling the villas with a garden extending into the sand. The marina facing villas offer owners the opportunity to moor their yachts outside their garden in private berths. With or without a boat, they will own a home quite literally “on the sea”.

Limassol Marina is fast growing a reputation as the new virbrant hub of Limassol town and a superyacht destination in the Eastern Mediterranean. Continuing to make history, it has also welcomed 81.8m and 97.2m megayachts in the past month. Sales of the luxury apartments have surpassed 75% and the restaurants, cafes and bars, the spa and fitness club, cultural centre and car park are all now operational. Ample shops within the development have also opened in time for Christmas.
