The 3rd Greece–Cyprus | Strategic Horizons Forum, organised by BOUSSIAS, was successfully concluded on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, at the landmark Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens.
For yet another year, the conference highlighted the strong and enduring cooperation between Greece and Cyprus, bringing together on the same stage ministers, institutional representatives, government officials and leading business executives from both countries.
A central highlight of the conference was the keynote address by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr Nikos Christodoulides, who underscored the strategic importance of Greek–Cypriot cooperation and the prospects for further deepening bilateral relations in key sectors such as energy, innovation and investment.
Important contributions were also delivered by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Mr Haris Theocharis, the Deputy Minister to the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Ms Eirini Piki, the Second Vice-President of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr Giorgos Georgantas, the Chairman of the Board of Enterprise Greece, Mr Dimitris Skalkos, and the Deputy Director General of Invest Cyprus, Ms Lia Riri. Through their interventions, they highlighted growth prospects, investment opportunities and the pivotal role of institutions in shaping a unified framework for cooperation between Greece and Cyprus.
The conference opened with a welcome address by the CEO of BOUSSIAS Cyprus, Ms Maria Kyriakou, who emphasised the strategic importance of the Forum and BOUSSIAS’ ongoing commitment to strengthening business and institutional ties between the two countries.
